3. Eligibility

4. Coaching Disclaimer
The coaching services and educational materials provided by Living Over the Influence are designed to support personal development, self-awareness, and intentional lifestyle change. They are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, addiction treatment, or mental health counseling.
We do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for such needs. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being and decisions.
5. Program Access & Refund Policy
Digital Programs
All digital content, including the Breakthrough Blueprint and Pre-Quit Blueprint, is delivered via Kajabi and accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
1:1 Coaching Packages
Coaching packages (such as the 3-month package) include access to digital course content and private coaching sessions, as outlined in your individual agreement.
Access to course materials is provided for the duration of your coaching package and may remain available for a period thereafter. However, ongoing access is not guaranteed indefinitely, especially in the event that the program or platform is discontinued. We recommend saving any materials you'd like to keep during your active access window.
All sessions must be used within the time frame stated in your coaching agreement. Unused sessions will expire at the end of that period and will not be refunded or carried forward.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs—including videos, written lessons, prompts, PDFs, branding, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Living Over the Influence.
You may not copy, share, modify, sell, or redistribute any part of our content without express written permission. Program access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Over the Influence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

- Reliance on any information or material provided
